Membership Benefits:

• As a Luxe member, you will be entitled to member-only exclusive benefits, including but not limited to discounts, access to member–only events, and priority access to new product launches and promotions.

• Membership benefits may be subject to change, modification, or termination at any time, at the sole discretion of Bioluxe Aesthetics and Wellness. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the Bioluxe Aesthetics and Wellness website.

Unlimited Rollover:

• The Luxe Memberships provide an unlimited rollover option for unused membership benefits.

• Rollover benefits an accrue within a 12-month period from the sign up date.

• All rollover balances must be used prior to the 12-month anniversary date. If rollover balances are not redeemed, it will decrease the outstanding rollover balance amount by 50%.

• Your rollover balance may be gifted to one person per month.

Cancellation:

• You have the right to cancel your Luxe membership at any time.

• To cancel your membership, simply go to your confirmation email, to the top right and choose to cancel the membership.

• If the payment is declined, the membership will be paused until the payment method is restored.

• If the member chooses to reinstate the membership, the rollover balance will be restored.

• Upon cancellation, any membership rollover balance will be honored as a spa credit.

• All membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law.

Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions represent the agreement between Bioluxe Aesthetics and Wellness and the members regarding the membership program. These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous communications, representation, or agreements.

• Bioluxe Aesthetics and Wellness reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the member to review the most recent version available on the Bioluxe Aesthetics and Wellness website, and via email.

• Any failure by Bioluxe Aesthetics and Wellness to enforce or exercise any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

• In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
